Refrain from kill...I keep customising my precepts:<br /><br />Refrain from killing.<br />Refrain from robbing.<br />Refrain from fornicating.<br />Refrain from lying.<br />Refrain from intoxicating.<br /><br />I added these as my favourite personal persuasions:<br /><br />Refrain from monasticising (because I don't believe in monks)<br />Refrain from governing (because I don't believe in politicians)<br /><br />While it would be illegal for me to say this publicly as part of a smear campaign, in my personal capacity this is also quite useful for myself as a household tip:<br /><br />Refrain from voting (which can include supporting dictatorships till not needing to vote for any candidate)<br /><br />I was part of the Software in Public Interest network a 501c organisation, and we were supposed to vote this week.
