To build a house one must know the concepts and terms that other builders are conversant with. But then to sell something, one must understand the process, the customer, and find terms that will draw them in. There must be a shift from insider exchange to outsider manipulation. And of course, if successful, it will be copied and spread like butter on toast. But the outsiders understanding of what just happened will be different from the insiders perspective.
