Sunshine and clear skies ... very much May when it is only March.

It's Monday and, as is increasingly the case, I got caught up in writing and almost missed the mundane responsibility of getting the trash out for pick-up.

My younger son is at school, my wife is at work, and my older son, free for some kind of spring break, is busy sleeping.

Unexpectedly, the word "kumquat" comes to mind. Not that I like them especially, but I do enjoy the word ... a tasty little surprise.
