A Nevada ballot option that allowed voters to mark "none of the above" has been temporarily struck down Wednesday by a federal judge who refused to stay the decision until after it had been appealed.
Given the current state of political mayhem in this country, I do wistfully wish I lived in Nevada. Even if the law is struck down, at least Nevada thought enough of it to keep it on the books since 1976.Secretary of State Ross Miller said his office would pursue "an immediate and expedited appeal to protect the long-standing public interest of the 'none of these candidates' option."
