My dad was a life long educator until he left in frustration to be a bureaucrat. He complained that the american education dollar began shrinking after that small renaissance of the 60's. Don't want the sheep thinking they can manage without the shepherd, or thinking at all for that matter.
ReplyDeleteAs to the innocence of the bomb suspects, quite a few studies of all the videos that captured the event are suggesting it was a black flag operation. It fits with the idea of keeping the sheep in line, but i'm content to say "don't know", and "wouldn't put it past them".
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad one that "black flag operations" (http://www.grandrecognition.com/Grand_Recognition.com/Black_Flag_Operations.html) should become a routine consideration when pondering governmental activities or appreciations.

My reaction was that this is less news than the measure of how little we pay attention to history.
I remember a line from The Men in Black that stated the only reason people were able to get on with their lives was that they did not know what was really going on. But however much such conspiracies are discovered or invented, the vast majority will dismiss them. Perhaps trading in such information is akin to the hipster "in the know" uniqueness that fluffs up the individuals ego.
