For the first time in my life I see what looks like photographic evidence of what I always suspected was journalistic hyperbole -- hail the size of a baseball, this piece during storms in Illinois yesterday:
Now assuming that is the truth, how come more people are not reported injured or killed?
Good question. Partly it's because those of us who don't live in Hail Country dont get news reporting on it.
