the end is nigh-ish

Strung together, the natural disasters of the world are ... well ... awesome.

Some may say "the end is nigh," but did you ever notice how the "end" never really arrives.

It's a curious propensity of the "end:" It never arrives. And what would anyone do with it if it did?
