Strange to think: I have read it and heard it any number of times in spiritual persuasions -- the student must trust (sometimes "absolutely") the teacher.
But nowhere have I read or heard that the teacher must trust ("absolutely" perhaps) the student.
Students receive the encouragement but teachers do not. (Yes, I know -- those in teaching positions can spin this one from now until sundown.) But still ... how bizarre... and, I suspect, significantly off-kilter.
How could the one be possible without the other?
