where white-collar crime is at last crime

Anyone wondering how the rich attained power and then managed to remain there irrespective of party affiliation or moral outrage could find a very good example in the reporting of Jonathan Watts in his latest Guardian piece, "Operation Car Wash: Is this the biggest corruption scandal in history?"

It's written in English.
Yeah, it's Brazil but it has the inexorable reek of anywhere/anytime.

I apologize I could not read it all. I am old and tired. But I can still smell the good stuff.

  1. We can only hope that other countries will follow in Brazil's footsteps. But i'm not holding my breath.
