head for Canada, ladies!

.
A poll suggests that Canada may be the best big-economy country in the world for women. Gender equality, protection from violence and access to health care are among the gauges used in the poll.

India, based on infanticide, child marriage and slavery, brings up the rear in the poll of gender perceptions.

Who knows if any of these data are worth crediting? Still, it's an interesting prism.

I wonder if there will be a similar effort to gather research on behalf of men.
