Something about music, humans dabbling intensely in the physics of the universe, something about how humans discover the spirituality of the universe, even within the confined range of our meager ears, somehow this expresses the humanity we otherwise ignore.
Not to dismiss the visual arts equally empowered. But one can easily enough look away from something you'd rather ignore. But to escape music played live requires an effort of travel to escape the insistence of wave forms. Music is a longer ranged bombard that can inspire whatever feelings are shaped by the physics applied by the artist.
