Just to note my own geographical ignorance, Africa is bigger in area than the U.S., China and India combined. If asked, I also might have guessed that China was larger than the United States.
US: 3.794 million square miles
China: 3.748 million square miles
India: 1.269 million square miles
_______ Total: 8.811 million square miles
Africa: 11.67 million square miles
