My Zen teacher's teacher once said, "There is birth and there is death. In between is enlightenment."

    For some reason suffering, sickness, and old age were left out., but that's certainly understandable.

    Thanks for highlighting the elephant birth video. Wouldn't show how easily elephants give birth to just any recent mom.
