True statement or false? --
There are tits and then there are tits.
Of course the $2-million bra from Victoria's Secret isn't a guarantee that anyone's breasts will be bigger, smaller, better, more inviting or sexy ... this feat of engineering is, in the end, what my then-sixth-grade daughter once described as an "over-the-shoulder-boulder-holder."
As your average hormone-laced male, I can drool with the best of them, but how much a brassiere cost or how glittery it may be plays a minor roll in my fantasy life. So, what does $2 million get you that $40 won't? Is it and therefore the person wearing it more alluring? Is there a bigger bang, so to speak, for the buck? Will it straighten crooked teeth? Does price improve performance?
I guess it's all a bit like the $43-million fueling station the U.S. Department of Defense built in Afghanistan and whose price tag was described by an investigative report as "gratuitous and extreme." Of course someone was obviously drooling in that instance as well: Some tits are just too inviting.
Sugar, somebody's got it, and somebody's gettin' it.
