La Bohème

Ran across the following bit of "La Bohème" and, despite the French subtitles and my not actually knowing the story being laid out, still, since I can close my eyes and let my bones melt like butter, here it is:

  1. Italy has shied away from the limelight over the past years throughout the war on terror as well as the Lehmann Brothers' recession, so other than vegetarian pizzas as well as roman operas the world seems to get on fine without me catching AC Milan in action. I'm no Hannibal, so I sure enjoy a nice duet when I encounter one.

  2. The History of Homework is interesting.

It's a case study in American culture.
